Guests will experience stunning Bayviews with a menu created by executive chef, Trip Chavez, featuring the best of locally-produced beef and seafood dishes – all prepared fresh. Appetizers like Steamer Clams, Tempura or Bacon Wrapped Prawns and Fried Calamari. – Entrees from our Seafood Pasta, Mimosa Cod to our Chateau Briand in a Bordelaise Sauce.
